Brusters Real Ice Cream Rebrand

Bruster's Real Ice Cream rebrand concept. This rebrand was developed as a project for a class. Taking this particular approach, it allows Bruster's to become more marketable to a younger target audience. It gives the overall brand a lighter, friendly appearance, reflecting the in-store experience that is welcoming and personal, while keeping the roots of the brand with the depiction of cherries. Bruster's Real Ice Cream is an American chain of ice cream parlors whose ice cream and frozen yogurt is made from a milk-based mix at each individual store. Their primary operating region is in most states east of the Mississippi River. The chain is based in the Pittsburgh suburb of Bridgewater, Pennsylvania.
