Excerpts From User Interviews

“It isn’t that they cannot find the solution. It is that they cannot see the problem.” – G.K Chesterton

One thing reigns true for me, I know nothing and I need I need not to trust my gut. The more I continue to search out data the more clear the problem becomes. Often I think the puzzle is completed and I have the root problem in front of me. That is until I conduct user interviews and see my problem was just a stem of a much larger problem.

These quotes are just a few of the golden nuggets I found last month doing user interviews. They have unearthed what I believe is the main problem I want to solve. Although from what I have learned from the past, there is always more to be found.
