Pet Sounds Layout

Spread from a book I designed while working at Meat and Potatoes. The book was to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of The Beach Boys' groundbreaking album 'Pet Sounds.' To compliment the cover of the iconic 1966 album, I added in some colorful halftones, wood veneer textures, surf-inspired design elements, mid-Sixties inspired typography and an expanded color palette.
