This is set in Bild, by David Jonathan Ross. I liked the solid, industrial feel. Extrusion effect is actually a series of Sass-generated box shadows—no Photoshop! I tried a few different colors before settling on these, both of which were inspired by old 80s PC monitors. No particular reason for that last decision, other than that I like those colors.
