I identified five different systems used by universities and the main issue was the difficulty to find the information on the platform because the interface was confusing.

Besides that, there was no place where the students could interact with their teacher.
This caused students to resort to exchanging documents via email or Facebook, and interact with lecturers via Whatsapp about tests, deadlines and other academic matters...
