Behold!

PHEW! After almost two years, I finally finished this illustration about a week ago.

I have been working on it off and on and have never spent this much time on an illustration, EVER! If I were to do it over again would there be things I would do different? Yeah, probably. But I am proud and really satisfied that I was able to see this illustration through to the end. I really hope you can take some time to look at my work and appreciate it as I put a lot of effort into it. It was made for the viewer to enjoy, comb over, and look at all the lines placed with delicate care.

The illustration is 16:9 ratio, so about a quarter of the illustration is cut off. I plan on making a shot that will show the entire piece and a lot of details, so stay tuned and be sure to follow if you are interested in seeing that.

Also, thank you to those who are already following me, I recently reached a 500+ follower milestone and I wanted to say that I appreciate each and every one of you for the support. I had a dry season in design and illustration that was really kicking me around. There was (sometimes still is) a lot of self-doubt about whether I should be doing what I am doing. Getting support here on dribbble is very encouraging and things have been looking up 😅.
