Sidebar revised

This revision is the culmination of a ton of research and collaboration with internal teams and customers. We've been through a couple revisions of our navigation, but none have really hit the mark. The biggest challenge with MineralSoft's customer base is that our users all interact with the platform in different ways, and also have different conceptual models of how to think about the objects they store on our platform.

This approach uses data we've collected to generate an initial menu, then gives folks the tools to adjust it to include the pages that they want faster access to.
