Btown Bars

The Bloomington Community had no central place to go to find and compare all of the specials for the local bars. In order to find the drink and food specials many were searching through each bars twitter and websites.
We created a mobile iOS application called Btown Bars which has the information and daily specials for some of the most popular local bars. This provides a central location for users to find the drink and food specials, as well as, special daily events like free t-shirts on thursday at KOK. Also, we wanted to create a space where you could see where your friends were through using groups so you could join them at the bar they were in. A point system gives users points when they enter a bar and in the future would be used to redeem rewards like free cover or discounts on food.
