The meaning of this artwork:

Sometimes Young Vietnamese hate someone so much that you said he/she used to be a abnormal sperm.
(This illustration said bad word about someone who is normal and healthy but you hate them. It' s not about peoples who was not lucky in life. So don't use this illustration in wrong place, wrong peoples, it's hurt!)
