The idea was to make a modern logo, but with a national twist. Since there is a stork and a mustache in the title, hese elements were obligatory. The stork in national dress was taken as a basis. Further, the logo was modeonized due to the stylization of the ornament, use modern elements of accessories and fashionable colors of 2019.
