CTSO - Insurance Claim Agent Portal

This was a major front-end redesign for a 20-year-old insurance claim portal for reclaiming/construction service partners. The original design was not centered around users, their needs or even general workflow. This project was accomplished over 2 weeks, an insane timeline and deadline but I worked tirelessly to interview, create workflows, prototype and design the final screens for the tech partners to build/develop.

This screen is the redesigned Claim screen, designed to enforce the workflow I discovered, only showing form fields that needed input at each stage and hiding rarely used information in other tabs.
