CTSO - Insurance Agent Claims Portal

This was a major front-end redesign for a 20-year-old insurance claim portal for reclaiming/construction service partners. The original design was not centered around users, their needs or even general workflow. This project was accomplished over 2 weeks, an insane timeline and deadline but I worked tirelessly to interview, create workflows, prototype and design the final screens for the tech partners to build/develop.

This screen is the home/dashboard showing the open claims assigned tot his partner, what stage they are in and how many hours left they have to complete until they are removed (i.e. lose money and reputation).
