Don't be afraid to ask

This was my first time making something for #GoodtypeTuesday 🤗 The week’s co-host was @hoodzpahdesign who wanted to know “What’s the biggest thing you’ve learned in your career?” I feel like I learned a lot so far, but one of the most important things that helped me get more effective is to ask. All the questions I have. Always. I remember my first day at my first #fulltime #agency job, trembling at my desk every single time when I had a doubt about something, or when a briefing wasn’t clear (let’s be honest, they are more than often not clear). I would waste hours trying to figure out the answer instead of just asking the right thing from the right person. Asking for help is not a shame. It’s sad that for me such a basic thing requires courage, but you know what? That means that I have even more room to evolve! 😊 •
