Booksmart

I'm a sucker for a good coming of age comedy and I wish movies like Booksmart were around when I was in my formative teen years.

I grew up in the era of late 90s teen comedies and most were skewed towards getting the girl/guy. Whilst Booksmart has elements of that, the friendship between the female protagonists are the real #relationshipgoals.

The characters are multidimensional and feel up to date. The movie is funny, smart and endearing with sharp dialogue. I just have so much love for it.

If you haven't seen this movie yet, go see it with your girlfriend.
