About the Beer: The second DIPA in our Space Series, the names says it all. This American Style Double IPA is big, juicy, and bursting with gravity-defying hopped flavor. Based with NYS Pale and Caramel malts then super dosed with both Mosaic and Citra hops, both in the boil and dry hopped during fermentation, are the core of a beer that is big, bold, and bitter. The end result is a hop-dominated, high-alcohol brew that threatens yearly hop supplies with its obsession over the richest oils, aromatics, and juicy flavor. At just over 111 IBUs this juicy brew is good to last drop of piney, citrusy, tropical essence. Lets just say you’ll be ready to walk on the moon after a just a few of these.
