User Research

User research is an important part of the design process that involves the investigation into user’s needs, requirements, behaviours, experience and goals to provide context and insight into the design of user experience. There are a variety of user research methods that can be grouped into 3 frameworks:

2) Qualitative & Quantitative
3) Context of Use
