University Research Magazine - Cover Design

Fifteen thousand copies of Research: USFSM hit mailboxes in July 2019. I had the pleasure of designing the entirety of the 42-page edition focused on the research of university professors, students and alumni. -- The cover is a result of a creative challenge: the clients' desired cover photo was not large or high-quality enough. Turning the photo into a polaroid brings the "Speaking Refugees' Language" story to life, creating an intriguing visual story around the hands holding and discussing the photograph. -- To see more, visit https://kristaleedesign.com/research-magazine
