Scan Delivery WIP

Experimenting with a new direction for scanning deliveries in our new mobile app. The idea is to try and show the user immediately what we're able to detect off the package making it easier to show when there's problems, the scanning animation also helps with the 2-3 seconds we need to do the OCR recognition before progressing.
