Design Challenge - Week 1 -- Furniture

My partner and I have decided to start a weekly design challenge in order to grow our design skills and this is our week 1 challenge!

We wrote several business types on pieces of paper, as well as some types of graphic design projects (clothing, packaging, typography, etc.), and put them in bags to draw from each week.

This week, we drew a furniture business. I decided a product page would be fun to design and went for it. I wanted to grasp the aesthetic essence of businesses like Magnolia (Joanna Gaines you are a blessing to this world!).

This is also my first project in Figma! I have been using Sketch+InVision for years now and Figma has been such an easy design tool to transition into. It's also pretty awesome for these quick prototypes. I'm really excited to start learning it more, it seems like it has so much potential! Plus, hello...it's free AND web-based? How cool is that?
