This 100+ page eBook is a comprehensive guide to healthy eating for clients of Respect Your Body. The eBook comes as a fully interactive PDF with sections on macronutrients, micronutrients, eating habits, eating for different lifestyles, interactive workbook sections, and more. This project included sourcing public domain images and designing custom graphs and charts to align with RYB’s brand.
All elements of the eBook were designed with the target client in mind: a young woman between 18 and 35, who wants to understand more about nutrition in order to make choices that work for her in a healthy and sustainable way.
