We're tackling digital transformation in the insurance industry!

Here's the deal - with a rising competition from InsureTech companies that are pumping in more and more innovation into the insurance industry, and a strong push to create more customer-centric services, traditional insurance companies are starting to embrace digital transformation and using technologically advanced solutions to prepare themselves for the next 3 to 5 years.

That push towards digital that's growing across the entire insurance landscape got us this latest project - completely changing a brand mindset towards digital transformation. We started with a discovery workshop where our developers, designers and strategists detected specific pain points in the business that slowed down or completely prevented the process of digital transformation. We then followed by turning those pain points into non-issues and forming a detailed, step by step plan of activities and digital solutions we'll create to jump-start the process.

Our first step was to design a website that would be used as the starting point, a sort of a hub for all the digital transformation activities we have in the pipeline. The project is still in its early stages, and we're constantly going over the details, but fell free to give us some feedback and tell us what do you think about these designs!
