Menu bar animation design

Considering the large size of some phones, I design the menu bar at the lower right corner to help users locate the menu quicker and easier. In terms of animation, I apply the 'simple choker' and 'fast blur' effects in After Effect to create a kind of adhesion among four circles. Hope you love it!
