Emergency App Exploration

This emergency app will help store manager to create or raise issue if any of natural calamities like heavy rainfall, power outage, fire, system problem etc. And visually I tried to show each in a different colour just to associate with different issue as it is an emergency app that will be quick recognition for user. User will be able to add issue according to particular store in that particular region. There would be four statuses for issues raised which are acknowledged, in progress, technical error and completed.
And few more functionalities as well in upcoming flows. Let me know what do you think about this. Thanks :)
