IBM Cubicle - Virtual "Birchbox" for employees

My first project management role as an IBM student intern.

The Technology & Innovation group within the IBM CIO organization manages the internal Technology Adoption Program (TAP) to support the participation of innovators and early adopters. My team was tasked with taking inspiration from the "Birchbox" monthly subscription model to create a brand new product design that would incentivize use of the services. Our final deliverable was a prototype of a 3D interactive cube through which employees could find interesting applications, connect with the user community and compete for rewards.
