Depression or "Everyday Octopus"

We could describe depression as an "Everyday Octopus." He fetters your movements, and thoughts become paranoid and negative. You can’t do anything and you really don’t want to do anything. And so it goes from day to day. The main thing in this situation is to remember that the everyday octopus took control of you, through, how to put it more correctly, well, let's say the anus. And yes, anus is quite a usual word. Although the real octopuses don't have it, it is used as a metaphor for depression, so the anus exists. So, this situation is inconvenient not only for you, but also for him. Imagine if you are pulled… no, it’s better not to imagine this!!))) Just get yourself together, or rather firmly grab the slime and tiny body of an everyday octopus and throw it off like an old dusty bum coat in which, for some reason, you woke up after a strong drinking. Go home, drink a glass of cold water or better make some delicious tea, picking yourself to pieces, why, what for, etc. And finally make yourself useful!

What you thinking about this?
