Associate BOPIS App

As we were designing the solution for our ecommerce focused BOPIS (Buy Online and Pickup In-Store) experience, we recognized an opportunity to bring a similar problem solving mindset to the store associates’ world.

Store associates are the face of the company and their availability is important for customer engagement. To support this, we designed an experience that streamlined the associates’ time on the floor by letting them complete BOPIS requests through an iPad app. This is a screenshot of that experience.
