Concept for a Gautrain app

This was an exercise in product design. The brief was to come up with an app that would increase the number of people that would use the Gautrain and its bus services over weekends.

I started with a business model canvas, created personas, conducted user polling and user testing to find out how users reacted to the current app compared to similar apps and based on that came up with a concept.
