Famous Footwear Rewards App Dashboard

One of the hurdles we worked through for the Famous Footwear Reward app redesign was all the possible states a customer could interact with on the dashboard. A few of the big interactions we had to design for involved store locations (including times), rewards points, available messages, and rewards certificates.

The end result was an experience that felt seamless and enhanced the customer’s experience in and out of the store.
