Solve Employment Re-Design

Following the Google Design Sprint, a team of 5 designers and I spent two weeks re-designing the website for "Solve Employment!". They are a Singaporean non-profit building a hiring platform that connects underutilized talent to hirers.

The 5 phases of rapid iteration for the sprint we used were:
1. Discovery - Stakeholder Interview, Competitive Analysis
2. Definition - Customer Journey Map, Site Blueprint, User Flow, Sketches
3. Wireframes + Prototype
4. Testing
5. High-Fidelity Design

Working on the "Talent" side of the website with two others, it was an enriching experience to work through Figma and collaborate remotely. Would love feedback!
