Keep Smiling!
Did you know that it's possible to actually trick your brain into being happy?
I forget where I learned this, but it's true! A smile, even a forced smile, uses muscles that trigger a chemical reaction in the brain that can lower your stress levels and boost your mood.
So let this be your little reminder that no matter how long your list, or how urgent the thing, or how many times your computer dings from new emails: just smile. You've got this!
