Choose fruit ripeness interaction design

Ever wanted to order bananas just a little too ripe so you can bake the best bananabread ever? Or wanted to order bananas a little les ripe instead, so it will be tasty enough for you on the day you really want to eat it? 🍌

Inside the supermarket we can choose among a bunch of bananas if they're available. And I sure do... you? 👀

Unfortunately, while shopping online, this isn't possible. Well... not for the Albert Heijn app in the Netherlands.

So ye, that's when this interaction design concept arose, according to the current Design System of the Albert Heijn app. 💡
