Calgary Greys

Introducing the Calgary Greys of the Cardinal League.

As the one Canadian team in the Cardinal League, we wanted Calgary to have a brand that works on multiple levels. We used the Greys to represent the mountains, snow, and skies of Alberta, paid homage to the Grey Cup competed for by the teams of the Canadian Football League and represented as a mascot by the Grey Wolves native to the region. (Emphasizing the Canadian vs. American spelling of grey/gray is a bonus).
