Some thoughts on designing a settings page :
1. Use icons to make it more fun for users to do a relatively boring task.
2. Do not put everything in one screen - it will make users get frustrated and lost in tons of setting options.
3. Also do not go too deep in a category/group, 3-4 levels is acceptable.
