The Completed Application Form

I created the concept of redesign of EPM - the online Visa Application Form of the Republic of Lithuania.
This website is difficult to use and I decided to make improvements and created new one based on the previous version. I created new styleguide and changed user flow for the easiest understanding user's steps.
