Symposia Homepage

Working with my intern Hunter Ruth (http://hunterruth.com/) on Symposia's new homepage. I used to shy away from using laptops/iphones because I thought they were forced and overdone a lot.

But... based on user testing... (1) actually showing the app increased immediate comprehension of what the product was; (2) showing the phones increased immediate comprehension that it dealt with phones and voice.

Thus, I was converted for this particular product and went the way of most modern web application homepages.
