Bag checking service screens

Part of the redesign of Airportr's service who collect your bags from your doorstep and put them on the plane for you.

In order for people to trust the service it was very important we keep them informed of where their bags are at any time and what's happening with them.

From working with the product manager I developed a handy set of progress screens that show you what's coming up next and what's happening. I also created the illustrations for this section to help ease people in.
