Apollo 11 - Unused concept 3

Being from a family of pilots and space nerds (my husband is starting a new job at NASA next week! #proud) and living in Rocket City, the Apollo 11 50th anniversary has a special place in my heart. I’m forever in awe of the folks who looked to the stars and saw not only an inspiration, but a challenge. I hope we continue to have just a fraction of their wit and courage, and be able to face our biggest challenges with the burning question of “when” and not “if”. The next few days I’ll be posting a few concept logos I’d created for the 50th anniversary, and look forward to the national celebration of one of the greatest leaps of mankind.
