Why are children so cute??

I was on a bus in Chicago and saw this child. She was so cute that the entire bus crowd couldn’t stop staring at her. I immediately knew I wanted to draw her. Yet, I missed the chance to take a picture of her. So, what you see is a far representation of what I saw. Where do you get your inspiration from?
