Podcast cover art for The Vocal Fries - the podcast about linguistic discrimination. While the subject matter might seem serious, the hosts wanted something tongue-in-cheek as their cover artwork to let viewers know that they would be approaching these issues in a fun and entertaining way. 'Vocal fry' is a manner of speaking which employs a rough or creaky voice - something for which women are often discriminated against for using. And who can resist a visual pun? (For the record, these fries were based on Red Robin steak fries, which are my favorite).
