Onboarding complete 🚀

The final screen for app onboarding. Since all the users came from a closed, individually whitelisted, limited network, a tactical UX decision was made to put the onboarding after validating their identity (primary phone) but before they get to see the dashboard.

This screen is shown after a series of cards, some of which request special permissions from the user.
