Renter Screening Application

Application to screen applicants for rental properties. This is the applicant interface for an application to screen potential renters.

The applicant can apply to rent a property through the app and relevant information such as income, employment, references are collected. A background check is run on the applicant. All collected information is provided to the property manager to safely and easily pick the correct tenant.

The applicant uses this clean single-page app to perform all application actions.
