How might we make health insurance more accessible for people?
Our challenge was to make it easier for people to manage their expenses, get care, and use wellness programs provided by their health insurer. Over the course of 9 months, we ran focus groups, usability tests, and designs sessions and delivered one native iOS and one native Android app with personalization capabilities that people can use to tailor the hierarchy of information they receive.
