Security Incidents and Tickets

This is a summary list of a person's security incident tickets. The information here is to help inform the user of the important aspects from a quick glance and high level. The information presented here was changed based on feedback from usability tests. This interface was designed with Sketch. It was based on multiple rounds of research including a heuristic evaluation, user interviews and stakeholder interviews. The design was then tested in Invision and designed iterated based on user feedback.
