Subscriptions setting preferences

This page allows users to sign up for different notifications. There are several lines of business the user could sign up for information about. Also, the user could receive information via text and/or email. It is important to let the user know which preferences they have opted in to. It is also important for the user to easily join or opt out of a notification.
This interface was designed with Sketch. It was based on multiple rounds of research including a heuristic evaluation, user interviews and stakeholder interviews. The design was then tested in Invision and designed iterated based on user feedback.
