Contact directory for Standar Bank

This was a redesign of the contact page on Standard Bank's old website. The idea was to make crucial pages more usable with quick-win solutions while the new website was in planning.

We started with some wireframes and initial designs which we tested with users to see whether they could find relevant contact details easily. We also wanted to find out what information they considered more important to help us arrange the content on the page.

The pages were finalised based on the results from our testing.
