Travel light - smoothly switch between hotels

A lot of my friends have issues between the check in and check out time when they are travelling, all you can do is wait around the train station or a cafe close to the hotel because you can't drag those luggages to anywhere. If booking.com offered a luggage transfer service that would be so perfect!!
