Heuristic Evaluation Of Security Portal

Before making design recommendations, it is helpful to understand the current state of a website / product / experience, etc. I first looked at this company's portal, which hosts security incidents, or tickets, to see if there were problems. Yes there were several visual design and consistency problems, as stated on this page of my heuristic evaluation. Keep fonts consistent. Use language the user understands. Make sure icons and other elements are aligned correctly. UX research is so helpful to informing design.
