Alternative app dashboard

Trying an alternative approach to in-dashboard navigation where the user can take primary actions without leaving the dashboard. The secondary goal would be to figure out if the overall efficiency is increased with this artificially increased friction (3 screens instead of 2).

This is part of a series of micro optimisations I'm doing for the newly (private) launched app for property brokers.
