Empty State

This empty state prompts the leader/manager to go and talk to his/her peers who haven't taken a leave in a long long time. If at any point of time the leader/manager feels that the teammate hasn't applied for any leave, he/she can initiate a conversation and encourage the team member to go for a holiday. I made the illustration to make a point that while the team leader is enjoying a holiday, he/she is thinking about why none of his/her team members hasn't applied for any leaves (and shown their sad, overworked faces).
