Maclays

Logo for a travel agency.

The name Maclays came from the name of the Russian explorer and ethnologist Nicholas Miklouho-Maclay, who became famous as one of the earliest scientists to settle among and study people in New Guinea who had never seen a European.

The logo was inspired by the culture of Papua New Guinea and represents the letter M.
